Beginning with Building Conditions Survey, our proprietary approach provides Districts with detailed analysis for effective capital planning. We look wholistically at existing building conditions to prioritize future projects and bring an understanding of peer institutions and the ever-evolving educational landscape to strategically align critical maintenance projects with academic planning considerations.

ACADEMIC MASTERPLANNING

We go beyond bricks and mortar planning to engage the entire school community, to understand and address long term strategic concerns for each institution. We look at tools for building enrollment, improving staff recruitment and retention, increasing alumni involvement, or enhancing athletics programs.
