To design an effective, dynamic and practical workplace environment for JML&V, our process began with deep engagement of firm stakeholders to reveal the values of the boutique firm and their vision for a renewed workplace environment. Our team focused on accurately capturing the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the ideal workplace for JML&V as well as providing a strategy to implement change with minimal operational disruption.
The A|r team incorporated this input throughout the design process, including meetings to generate discussion, review of preliminary designs, and selection of the final schematic proposal.
