A|r and SmithGroup collaborated with Monroe Community College to develop a Facilities Master Plan (FMP) to guide campus investment and development. Aligning with MCC’s mission and strategic plan, the FMP process prioritized recommendations and capital improvement projects to steer the development of the campus and supported activities. Each project recommendation has a corresponding order of magnitude cost estimate to help inform the College’s capital planning for years to come. The FMP is both a practical document reflecting MCC’s vision of a strong campus community rooted in academic excellence and a living document, with room to grow and shift, allowing future trends in technology and pedagogy to emerge.
