Raegen Lester

Designer

Raegen joined A|r in 2023. Her background in Mathematics allows her to bring a unique perspective to each project she supports. Her attention to detail and interest in technical documentation has allowed her to successfully support numerous projects from the design development phase through the completion of construction.

She approaches work with a team-oriented mindset. Athletics are a big part of her life outside of work. Her athletic interests deepen her understanding of the importance of one team working toward a common goal and has a willingness to seek out ways to support her teammates in any role the project may require.

Her curiosity and desire to learn have driven her to pursue a multitude of project typologies including NY State Parks, Private Residential, Higher Education and recently Behavioral Health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ithaca College and a Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo.
