The North Union Complete Street project in Olean, New York is an example of A|r’s crafting of a “complete street” that not only mitigates storm water but also offers verdant aesthetics in an urban environment. Complete Streets feature elements such as stormwater management, infrastructure improvement, strengthened pedestrian and bicycle accessibility, traffic calming, focused lighting, parking, and enhanced storefront character.
