Tomorrow’s buildings will generate more power than they consume, harvest more water than they use, and become inseparably connected with their local ecosystems. As we reimagine existing buildings and campuses, transformation through adaptive reuse and deep energy retrofit are essential first steps to discovering efficient and future-focused uses for existing facilities.

Electing to revitalize existing campus assets through renovation and deep energy retrofit is a highly sustainable undertaking and we are delighted to partner with Buffalo State College on the strategic renewal of the Classroom Building. This project will secure a vital campus asset and provide optimal academic spaces for student success for decades to come!
