Spring Renewal

With our roots in Buffalo NY, it has always been imperative for our team at A|r to be four-season thinkers and designers. The elements have a profound and ever-changing effect on any built space, and the best designs use them to their advantage.

Environmentally responsive design is an important aspect of renovation projects as well, especially those of historical value or architectural significance. Taking care to understand every project’s dynamic conditions and features, including their relationship to the elements, is critical to discovering its greatest design opportunities. Embracing what has come before, along with how our environments change, allows us to re-imagine what is possible for the future – from subtle to bold interventions –reinvigorating existing buildings into higher performing, enlivened spaces.

Happy Spring!
