Project Location: New Hampton, NY
A|r and STV are collaborating on the design of a new state of the art therapeutic treatment center at the Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Center in upstate New York. The behavioral health facility will provide a variety of safe settings for supervised interaction and treatment for patients, staff and clinicians in a normative environment where security is present, yet transparent. When completed, the 275-bed forensic inpatient building will prioritize wellness with abundant daylight, panoramic views, acoustic and thermal comfort, and intuitive programming to support the safe movement of people, products and services throughout the facility.
