Introducing Mill Race at Provo Station

Inspired by the iconic mountain ranges and canyons that surround the city, Mill Race at Provo Station is a 110,000 square feet residential and office building located in the heart of downtown Provo Utah.

A few fun facts about our newest mixed-use residential project:

Mill Race at Provo Station is located on the former lumberyard / mill run that transported and processed timber from the surrounding mountains
The project has been designed to be adaptive to future needs of the city / people. With spaces for drone delivery, car share, and parking space adaptation for automated vehicles
Mill Race at Provo Station is uniquely placed to provide pedestrian friendly access to public transportation and blend into a changing downtown
With the construction of the condo tower, Mill Race will have the tallest residential building in downtown Provo

The Egg – named for its iconic design – is the Empire State Plaza’s Center for the Performing Arts. The A|r Vertical Transportation studio was invited to provide complete elevator modernization for the facility.
